Head, Neck and Face
Injectables
Soft-tissue fillers, most commonly injectable collagen or fat, can help fill in these lines and creases, temporarily restoring a smoother, more youthful-looking appearance. When injected beneath the skin, these fillers plump up creased and sunken areas of the face. They can also add fullness to the lips and cheeks. Injectable fillers may be used alone or in conjunction with a resurfacing procedure, such as a laser treatment, or a facelift.
Endoscopic Brow Lift
A brow lift is most commonly performed to minimize the visible effects of aging on the forehead. The procedure restores a more youthful, refreshed look to the area above the eyes. It also corrects drooping brows and improves the horizontal lines and furrows that can make a person appear angry, sad or tired.
The endoscope is a small fiberoptic camera (5mm wide) that is inserted into a 1 inch incision in the temporal scalp area. This allows the surgeon to visualize the structures inside of the face without making a large incision. There are also smaller (8mm) incisions placed on the forehead hair bearing scalp area for introduction of instruments.
Eyelid surgery/Blepharoplasty
Eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty is a procedure to remove fat, usually along with excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. Eyelid surgery can correct drooping upper lids and puffy bags below your eyes. However, it won’t remove crow’s feet or other wrinkles, eliminate dark circles under your eyes, or lift sagging eyebrows. Eyelid surgery can be done alone, or in conjunction with other facial surgery procedures such as a facelift or browlift.
Facelift
As people age, the effects of gravity, exposure to the sun, and the stresses of daily life can be seen in their faces. Deep creases form between the nose and mouth; the jawline grows slack and jowly; folds and fat deposits appear around the neck.
A facelift can’t stop this aging process. What it can do is improve the most visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles, and redraping the skin of your face and neck.
Fat Transfer / Fat Grafting / Micro fat graphs
Fat Transfer or fat grafting removes a patient’s own fat to re-implant it where needed. It is typically extracted from body parts like the abdomen, thighs, or buttocks, and injected into another area that requires plumping, such as a patient’s facial features. When used as a facial filler, fat grafting can improve the creased and sunken areas of the face, and add fullness to the lips and cheeks.
Nose Surgery / Rhinoplasty / Nose job
Surgery to reshape the nose, is one of the most common of all cosmetic surgery procedures. Nose surgery can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. It may also correct a birth defect or injury, or help relieve some breathing problems.
Neck / Lifestyle Lift
The Lifestyle Lift is an increasingly popular alternative that is safer, less expensive, and requires less recovery time than traditional facelifts. Lifestyle Lift facial firming usually requires about an hour to be performed and requires only local anesthesia. The Lifestyle Lift is faster and costs much less than traditional methods, making it a much more affordable option.
The necklift is a procedure designed to give better definition to the neck line, lessen wrinkling, and diminish unsightly ‘banding’ in the neck. It is an extremely versatile procedure that helps people showing the earliest signs of ageing as well as senior patients who want to improve their appearance with a relatively minor procedure.
Facial Chin Cheek Implant
Facial implants improve and enhance facial contours. Frequently, these implants will help provide a more harmonious balance to your face and features so that you feel better about the way you look. There are many implants available, manufactured from a variety of materials. They may help strengthen a jawline or bring the chin or cheekbones into balance with the rest of the face.
Ear Surgery / Otoplasty
Ear surgery is usually done to set prominent ears back closer to the head or to reduce the size of large ears.
For the most part, the operation is done on children between the ages of 4 and 14. Ear surgery on adults is also possible. Besides protruding ears, there are a variety of other ear problems that can be helped with surgery. Surgery can also improve large or stretched earlobes, or lobes with large creases and wrinkles. Surgeons can even build new ears for those who were born without them or who lost them through injury.
